+ -1 moreJosh Lutrell did such a poor job that I have no options but to seek damages through legal services. He took my money ($20,000) and ran. He is a total con. He didn't do anything as planned or projected via our written contract.
Description of Work: I received a bid for 7400 feet of fence and a new driveway. I gave a 50% down payment with the project completion date of Novemebr 30th. Two months after the completion date that he agreed to, the project has not yet really been started other than dropping off a few posts and putting in some T post. Even that wasn't done right as he did not put in the corner posts and gates first which is standard in putting up this type of fence so that you can string a single stand on barb wire to guide the placement of the remaining posts. He is not responsive to my phone calls and has now disconnected his phone number.
