Disappointing experience. Overpriced and poor service. Three of the nine trees we purchased died over the winter. Unfortunately, we missed the date of our warranty expiration by a few days, so they would not honor it, nor offer any sort of concession, even though I was told on the phone that they had many trees die over the winter because it was so dry. When I offhandedly mentioned I never would have thought we were supposed to water over the winter, I was then told they wouldn't have honored the warranty anyway because we failed to care for the trees. Upon removing the dead trees, we discovered that one was completely root bound, so it wasn't even planted properly. The person I spoke to on the phone was very defensive and combative.

They did exactly what they said they would do and were very friendly and professional

Perfect in every way. could not have asked for nicer or more professional people to work with. even sent me a thank-you note. They obviously care about their customers.

Nick and his crew (same staff for years) have been maintaining our yard consistently for over 5 years. Easy to get ahold of, always on time, very professional. He completely redesigned our landscaping and we get lots of compliments on it as well as our yard. It helps that he has a nursery close by, so when he recommends plants/trees, we can actually go and see what he's talking about. Very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

He's done it for years. He bills me monthly for whatever he has done. I would highly, highly recommend him. I leave it up to him to come when he needs to. He is here every time he needs to be.
