Heating and Air Conditioning Service
This challenging adventure started before 6/17/22. Greg installed a new thermostat for the upstairs furnace. Less that 24 hrs. later the a/c quit working. Due to the 100 degrees weather, we agreed to wait for him to return. He returned on a Saturday and worked for several hours at no charge. During this time he replaced the transformer. Again the a/c worked for less than 24 hrs. Since that time, I have called and texted him and he has failed to contact me. On Aug. 5, the problem was identified by another company to be a short in the condenser contractor wiring. I was advised to call Greg to replace the transformer since it was under warranty. I feel that Greg has not fulfilled his professional duties. Today's date is 8/24/22.
