Jim was very helpful in finding and advising on the best product for my budget. He even called after I had made my decision with a better alternative at a better price. Above and beyond indeed.
Gary and Robin (the installation team) were fast, professional, and clean. They even handled the crazy, over zealous, armed neighborhood watch neighbor without too much ado :)
