They were non-communicative from the get-go. I thought I scheduled for February 8th by email when I bought the Angie Deal, but on February 8th I got an email asking if the front office has contacted me. I told them no. I scheduled again for the 8th. They asked to see my attic - -thinking they were checking for leaks. They came downstairs and gave us a price estimate for insulation we didnt' want. The guy put in a temp repair to last me for 8 days when they would come back to fix it for real. We heard nothing and the date passed. I email 2 more times and don't hear back. I left a message on the website and Viola, they came today and fixed the hole. No explanation for the lack of contact. I will NEVER use them again. I expected more from an ANgies list deal.

1 skylight started leaking after a heavy storm. We called Bone Dry, they promptly came and looked at it. They gave us two estimates; one to repair the skylight that was leaking ($375) and one to replace both skylights with new ones ($750).  We opted to have both old skylights replaced.  Prompt, friendly service at a fair/reasonable price.
