Mr. Maldonado returned my call within an hours time, came when promised to  give an estimate for the job and a couple of days later furnished me a written estimate complete with a breakdown of labor and materials cost.  He gave me references when I asked  and upon checking were all satisfactory.  I have a medium size roof with a pretty steep pitch.  His crew arrived early when promised and working untill dark finished the job in one day.  The clean up was excellent.  I have had a couple of roofs over the years and usually have to spend some time cleaning up some  material, but not this time.  Overall I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and what I felt was a fair price.  I would recommend this company without reservation to anyone needing a roof replaced.
