They are crackerjack mechanics. The person that I did drop my car was a great communicator. Before they did any work, they got it pre-approved. They were very articulate and communicative as far as what my needs were like how long it would take, and they just did a great job.

Auto Go found a very inexpensive reapir as the reason for a check engine light- a vacuum tube. They also determined that there was a leak in the oil cap seal , causing a burning smell. Both were inexpensive fixes, diagnosed quickly, and fixed promptly. This car is used by my daughter, who lives five hours away. I had to trust them, and I'm glad I did. Will strongly recommend them.

I bought a new "old" car to tow behind my motorhome. I asked AutoGo technicians to check it over and let me know what needed to be done to drive it safely. They gave a thorough evaluation and indicated I needed a back brake caliper and they could replace rear brakes and replace dirty brake fluid, dirty transmission fluid and replace worn sparkplugs. I was pleased that they were done in less than 6 hours and rented a loaner car to me while the work was being done. The cost came in under the estimate and the car stops much better and runs much quieter. While they were working on the car they noticed a worn motor mount, called me to ask about fixing it and when I gave the go ahead they included it in the repairs. I was so pleased I had to call back when I got on the road to tell them how much better the car runs.
