Smart Foundation Repair is a great company with a wonderful support staff and work crew. The source of the water leak in my foundation was located and repaired within a short period of time. I was kept informed of everything that was to take place and the work crew did a great job of putting everything back in place after the repair work was completed.

If you are trying to figure out which company to go with, donâ t hesitate for a moment to contract with Smart Foundation. We were in need of crawlspace encapsulation services and met with Anthony to discuss the project scope. He very promptly sent a detailed description of the proposed work with line item cost estimates. He responded to our inquiries throughout the project to discuss costs for additional work that we were interested in adding to the scope. Lissette called and went through the process in a very thorough, professional and very friendly manner. She explained everything that we should expect to happen and scheduled the work. She let us know that she would be in communication with us throughout the project to ensure we were satisfied and kept up to speed. They were both wonderful representatives for the company. The proof was in the pudding though when the work crew showed up. The team consisted of Christian, Arturo, and John. Christian called each morning to let us know that they were on their way and what time we should expect them. All three of these guys worked their magic each and every day. They knew what they were doing and they worked meticulously, going above and beyond what we would have even expected. They were polite and respectful and such hard workers. We have done a lot of remodeling and have dealt with many individuals from various companies (roofing, siding, windows, plumbing, etc) and I would just say I wish we could have have these guys on any or all of those projects. One last note to Smart Foundationâ ¦Iâ m not sure what youâ re paying these guys but they are superior workers and, as you know the work environment is obviously not the most desirable, so I hope you realize what an asset they are to your business.

This is our second home we've used Smart Foundation and we have really enjoyed using them! Compared to other companies we've gotten estimates from they have offered to do more for a lesser price. Very polite and good at communicating with us. I have two little children and so it can get hectic on the phone so they adjusted to texting when they could. And they made the braces looked nice against our rock wall and cleaned their mess. I tell everyone that's looking or asks to give them a call.

The lead was super nice. After each day, he would ask me about going to see the work which I appreciated very much. The one delay was explained and I completely understood with having seen the area.

All of the workers that came to my house were extremely polite and the hardest working men possible. They came early and worked late everyday. The work was extremely hard because there were many large rocks that had to be removed. They were absolutely excellent at answering all my many questions, and so helpful at every turn.
