He does really good work, he's just a nice person, he's pleasant, some of these people I had come in here I have a couple of them, their are like a grouch, it's like what's your problem buddy go have a cigarette or something, he very pleasant and really reasonable.

Shon called before coming out. He and his brother were quick and the process was completed in no time. The bathroom area was left clean and dry, just as it had been prior to the work being initiated. I will use Shon again for my plumbing needs.

Shon was punctual, professional and meticulous about his work. Before beginning, a cardboard walkway was established to keep my carpet free of any water or debris. The old water heater was removed and the new one was installed without any issues. Based on his work, we have already hired him to fix the shutoff valve in the bathroom. My husband has a bad back, and this is a tight corner, so he is unable to do this himself. The price quoted for parts and labor is $70. When we need a plumber in the future, Shon is who we will be calling.
