Everything was performed exactly as communicated. I will continue to use RM&I for many more projects as we continue remodeling. This company is highly skilled and proficient and a great value for the incredible results you get.

I have used them a couple of times. They charge $95 an hour. The guy did about three hours of work. He just did some things that I needed done to a house that I was selling. He fixed a leaking water baler. The thing that goes on top of the chimney that keeps debris out, he replaced that. There were places around the chimney that needed cement. One of the events on the roof needed to be repaired. All the things on the roof that I can't see, he fixed so it would pass inspection. Then he came inside and smoothed out the installation in the attic. He straightened everything out so that it would look neat. The technician knew what he was doing. He corrected things that I did not know needed to be corrected. He said he is experienced in getting houses ready for experience. He asked me if I wanted it done. It did not just walk away because it was not something I said I wanted done. He told me if I want the house inspection to do well, you need to do ABCXYZ I said okay. He did it in a timely manner. He did not drag out the work. He did it efficiently.

They charge $95 an hour and ask that you have your list ready of what you need them to do. I thought that $95 and hour was reasonable. It took them maybe about an hour and a half or less to do that. And I thought the price was reasonable.
