Besides fixing the "sticking" issue, Randy also adjusted the tension in the springs so the door would stay open (without the opener being attached), tightened the chain drive to remove some slack, and adjusted the speed.  The garage door works like new!  It is significantly quieter, moves smoothly, and does not stick at all.  Randy also offered advice on how to deal with this and several other potential pitfalls should they arise in the future.  WELL WORTH THE $70.00!!

This was one of our rental houses .Randy arrived on time. He was very respectful to our tenets. The tenet had a lot of and quot;stuffand quot; Randy had to work around. He was very nice about it. He did every thing he could do to give us the best price. His work is excellent.

My daughter used this contractor to replace the garage doors on her newly purchased 50 year old house that still had the original wooden doors. She got two or three bids, and thinks she paid around $1100, which was less expensive than what the other companies quoted. The owner of the company is the one who performed the work, and he was fantastic! He removed the old doors, installed two new doors (including rails and springs), replaced weather stripping, reconnected the existing door openers, and hauled off the old doors. He was on time, efficient, and the garage was spotless when he finished. He has been doing this type of work for several years, and his experience shows. I would definitely use him for any garage door/opener issues that we have in the future!
