The process went well and the floors look fabulous. I'm so glad that we upgraded!

I went to Northcraft and talked to Amy in March she was wonderful.  I had a couple last minute changes to the carpet color for my stairs and living room and when the carpet was installed everything was correct! Couldn't be more happier with my carpet, Amy did a fantatstic job helping us pick out the colors/styles in addition to was very responsive to phone calls.  I will definately go back for future carpet needs!

It went fantastic. It took a week of work. Jay and Eric did a fantastic job from start to finish in making sure our project was done beautifully. There were lots of little details that they made sure were done. We LOVE it!! We had previously used them on a basement remodel 10 years ago and they were awesome back then as well.

Marty came and measured for the new floor just a few days after I picked out what I wanted in their beautiful new store in Raytown Plaza. When he ordered the flooring, it was out of stock at the factory and would not be made for at least 30 days. Luckily he checked on it a few days later and somehow it was then in stock. He called me and we scheduled installation early in the next week The installers were on time and professional. They reused my oak thresholds where the kitchen met the wood floor in the dining room and den. They removed the garage door and planed it down so it would close snugly due to the new floor being higher than the old one. They cleaned up after themselves, even swept out my garage. I thought the price was reasonable and service first rate. I would use them again and plan to check out carpeting next spring.

Spoke to Rebecca on several different trips and were able to buy overstock, older items in the warehouse for great prices. She was very helpful, not pushy at all and even offered her opinion on several items. We bought carpet, vinyl and tile to use all at great prices with excellent customer service. Highly recommend visiting this small local flooring provider.

Workmanship excellent. Installer was punctual, did a very nice job, was neat. Responsiveness OK. It took repeated phone calls to get quotes and coordinate/schedule. Considering the quality of the workmanship and professionalism of the installer, I will definitely consider Northcraft for future projects.

They are excellent. They are very hard workers. They have not stopped working since they got here. I was very pleased with the help I got at the store. I would recommend them to anyone. They also did some carpeting in my basement about 10 years ago. I thought the price was fair, as it is based off of how much carpet you buy. They were early to install the carpet. The woman who helped me in the store could not have been more helpful and let me take samples home. They were exactly on time to measure. I have no complaints.
