Signed contract with owner William Clary to install whole house generator in January 2024. Pre-Paid owner $8200. Was to be installed early 2024. Missed schedule twice with no notice until contacted. Cancelled contract and asked for refund of money in May 2024. Owner said he would return money. As of March 2026 no refund or contact from owner. Worst experience we have ever had with contractor. Recommended avoid hiring.

Always keeps in contact, which so few contractors do anymore. We have always been satisfied with his work. He also does annual maintenance on several of our systems. He travels quite a distance so do not let that be a factor. Reasonable pricing.

Excellent to work with. Timely and dependable. Is a generator dealer so can provide warranty and yearly service. Called, came when scheduled, cleaned up after. Had several bids, had best bid with the most experience and highest reviews.
We expect to add items and will use him again. He came from Raytown and it wasn't an issue on distance.
