Had to order a part which came in quickly and they got it fixed right away.

Our Kitchenaid refrigerator is 19 yrs old and needed a part ordered. They ordered it and came back to install it. Works great!

It was great. I had it delivered the next day. Everybody works fine. I have no complaints.

I took the microwave into their shop to see if it was worth fixing. I had trouble finding a place. It seems microwaves are thought of as and quot;throw awayand quot; appliances. I preferred not to use Clark's because they are over 30 minutes from my home. Since I could not find anyone else I reluctantly made the trip to Raytown. They were up front about not knowing for sure when they would get to it, but would try to have it done in a week. The service charge to just look at it was $40, which would apply to the repair if I chose to have it repaired. I thought that was fair. I got a call in a couple of days that they had found the problem and it would only be an additional $20 to do the work. I authorized the work and the oven was ready the next day. It was a fairly simple problem, but I almost threw out an oven we had only used 2 years. Even though it is a bit of a distance for me to go, I would use them again. I was very pleased.

After I had contacted a major Chain store service company and was told it would be a week before a service person could even look at my broken fridge. (and had to listen to a and quot;service contractand quot; sales pitch) I followed the advice of a retired HVAC service pro and called Clark's. Bob was at our door the next morning and had actually called back the day we had contacted them offering same day service when another service call had cancelled.
Service was prompt, professional and cost about half of what I expected. It's nice to know someone is still offering SERVICE!
