I had recently moved into a new house. My landlord had been using the company to mow the lawn prior to me moving in. So naturally I called them to have it done.. I set the service up for every 2 weeks. Well a few weeks after moving into house and having this company mow the yard once I was given a lawn mower. I called to cancel my lawn mowing and told them I would call if I needed them.. Well My daughters birthday was in Sept and I called to have them mow the yard so that it would look nice for her birthday. I did and online request, no response. I called and left 2 messages, no response. I text, no response. Finally I emailed with again no response. I felt like they were mad that I didn't need their service so they wanted nothing to do with me or my business. I was very disappointed. At the last minute I was scrounging to get the lawn professionally mowed because I am by no means a good lawn mower. lol. 5 attempts to contact and not any kind of response when I had communicate by all those means previously. Their loss and another company's gain!
