Mike was great?he diagnosed the issue with my exterior light which wasn't working properly, suggested a solution, and fixed it.
He also replaced some old light switches inside my home which were going bad. Super nice guy, courteous and my dogs loved him; I trusted him in my home and would gladly work with him again.

I've been using Town & Country Electric for years so I didn't need to get and estimate or quote since they've provided great service at a fair and competitive price. I called them, told them what I needed done, agreed on a date, they showed up, I showed them around, they got to work, completed quickly without disturbing me, cleaned up and left. In my mind, that's the ideal experience.

Mike Howard, a bonded electrician, who has been in business for 15+ years and owns the business, came the next day and installed the 4-wire electrical cord on the backside of the dryer and also hooked up my new dryer vent tubing. He arrived early and called beforehand to tell my when he would arrive. He went right to work and quickly completed the tasks at hand and charged a very reasonalbe rate since the pigtail itself cost $22 + tax. He also noted that the dryer probably had a bearing going out since it was loud and gave me the name of another vendor who repairs appliances at a reasonalbe price.
I like supporting local small businesses, which was the case with Town & Country Electric (telephone: 816-803-3334). I found his work to be exceptional -- and routinely it must be -- since he stays busy each day and does not advertise except by word of mouth.

They did the work that I asked them to do in a professional manner. I liked what they did. They came and did what was expected.

Mike was the second electrician I'd contacted about adding power on the second floor of our new old house. The first one wanted to wrap conduit around the exterior. It was a good sign that Mike answered my first call while in someone else's attic. He was able to add seven outlets upstairs and left just two small holes for me to repair. He was fast, too, completing everything in seven hours over two days. We're planning to update the electrical service to add additional AC for the second floor. I'll be calling Town and Country when the time comes.

They had exceptional service, knowledge, and response. Andrew explained everything and offered suggestions for future service needs if we decide to add on. They are very good folks to deal with!

MIKE HOWARD HAS BEEN PROFESSIONAL AND PATIENT. HE DID THE FIRST PART OF THE WORK IN APRIL - REWIRING THE ROOM WHEN THE WALLS WERE DOWN TO STUDS. HE RETURNED TO ADD OUTLETS AND WILL RETURN AGAIN TO ADD LIGHT FIXTURES. HE HAS REFUSED PAYMENT UNTIL THE WORK IS COMPLETE. HE ALLOWED ME TO WORK WITH HIM TO SAVE TIME ON THE JOB. HE IS A SKILLED ELECTRICIAN WITH EXPERTISE IN WIRING THE HOME FOR INTERNET, CABLE AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS. IT'S A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH HIM.
