Todd Branson - PrimeLending

We signed a contract to purchase a new home with a 31 day closing. We had planned to use the same major lender we had on our previous home and had all the necessary approvals. When the contract was sent to the lender he called and said there was no way he could have a VA loan done within 30 days. It would be at least 45. (we do thank him for letting us know - some wouldn't tell you up front). Our home had already sold and the seller of our new home could not move the closing out any further. Of course this happened on a Friday. We were panicked! Enter, Todd with PrimeLending. He immediately got started and had all of the huge amount of paperwork the VA requires ready to go up front and got the appraisal ordered immediately. He absolutely knew what he was doing and didn't fool around, like many lenders do. We were actually ready to close a full WEEK ahead of time!! I can't tell you how relieved we were and how relaxed he made us during the process. Everything went ultra smooth at the closing and that is a rarity these days. I don't know if other PrimeLending loan officers are as competent, but we highly recommend Todd! t
