They came out within two hours of my call. He called before he came, which I really appreciated. David used a small hand-held electric circular saw to cut off the old padlock. Then he put the new lock on the gate. He was very pleasant and appropriate. The whole job took about 10 minutes or less. His bid was the lowest of four. The others were $75, $60, and $55.
