Couldn't have asked for better in the process. He came out, heard the story of what had gone on and said he would be able to do the work (another company said they wouldn't even touch it). His folks showed up each time, on time or before. They were the height of professional and very empathetic about our earlier issues with the other entity. The end product is every bit as good as the pictures on his web site. Kevin explained the process, then followed it through with no surprises along the way. We still have a couple of rooms to do and HE will be the first to be called.

I met them while they were doing the neighbor's house. They were great, very polite and on time. They were able to match the family room to the kitchen and dining room. They were amazing with communication of when products would be in and when they would be out to do the work. They were very cleanly and cleand up after themselves every day.
