house cleaning
+ -1 moreIt was ordered two weeks ago and gave my Credit card, their rep LEXEE sent me a text to confirm the service the next day. However, she asked me questions so I tried to reply to but came back undeliverable. Heck I didn't even know the companies name at this point no name mentioned anyplace! Then the following day of the service, I get a random text saying "DUE TO A LAST MINUTE PRO CALL OFF, WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE FOR SATURDAY 13 NOV AT 0930 AM. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE TROUBLE. I have tried to find SOMEONE to assist me either at Angi or this company and got NOWHERE! I needed this service today only!! I do not want this to take place on 13 Nov. I need to cancel this service but am at a loss. I can not find anything under Angi to cancel nor on their end! I need help this is TERRIBLE SERVICE! I will not use this service again.
