Was delayed a bit because of weather, but installation went smoothly, and explanation of system was thorough

Dave also noticed that our original DogWatch system had been swapped out for a cheaper system with limited warranty by another company. We used this other company since they have the same name as the one that originally installed the fence. The new owner, however, uses a different brand and did not tell us that when we had them reactivate the fence after we got a new dog.
The other company was difficult to deal with and they claimed they couldn't find the breaks in the wire and wanted to sell us a new system for $2000! Dave's installer was able to find two breaks in a short amount of time and repaired them professionally for a very reasonable fee! We can highly recommend DogWatch of Greater Kansas City!
