He was prompt, he did a very good job and he was very conscientious. I was very satisfied with him, and also his price is reasonable.

Dennis made 3 visits to our house. On the first visit he assessed the damage and gave us an estimate of how long the job would take. He also worked on opening up the side arms to gain access to the damaged frame and to prep the couch arms for reupholstering. On the second visit he came to pick up the extra fabric I ordered from the retail store where the couch was purchased. He explained in detail that he would bring the fabric home with him to make new cording and a new front arm piece. On the third visit he brought the lumber he needed to fix the broken frame and closed up the arms with the new fabric and cording. Dennis worked very hard and did a great job on our couch. I would absolutely hire him again.
