I contacted Certified Termite & Pest Control on Monday, 6/6/16 and spoke with a very helpful young lady (Haley?) who arranged to have a technician arrive at my sister-in-law’s home within three hours of my call. The technician, Dustin Mantell was polite, professional, and efficient. Within 15 minutes he had confirmed by concern (carpenter ants) and provided me with an estimate. I agreed to the price and he immediately went to work. Within an hour he had completed his work. He was very thorough and worked carefully to avoid damaging the woodwork and trim areas around the windows. The estimate also included two return visits to insure the problem was resolved. I strongly recommend Certified Termite & Pest Control. I especially want to commend the young woman who scheduled the rapid service and I give a five star grade to the technician, Dustin Mantell. He was excellent!
