Certified Termite & Pest Control

We got them through our home warranty place. They had to come out again and reapply, which wasn't covered in their original price. They made it right, but it did cost me extra.

I contacted Certified Termite & Pest Control on Monday, 6/6/16 and spoke with a very helpful young lady (Haley?) who arranged to have a technician arrive at my sister-in-law’s home within three hours of my call. The technician, Dustin Mantell was polite, professional, and efficient. Within 15 minutes he had confirmed by concern (carpenter ants) and provided me with an estimate. I agreed to the price and he immediately went to work. Within an hour he had completed his work. He was very thorough and worked carefully to avoid damaging the woodwork and trim areas around the windows. The estimate also included two return visits to insure the problem was resolved. I strongly recommend Certified Termite & Pest Control. I especially want to commend the young woman who scheduled the rapid service and I give a five star grade to the technician, Dustin Mantell. He was excellent!

The service is fine but they are completely disorganized and keeping harassing me saying I owe them money when I don't. Everything I purchased was through a deal and I paid a balance since my home was larger than what was included in the deal I purchased. To be honest it was frustrating that I had to repeatedly call to schedule something I purchase for over $800.

They are trustworthy, they do a good job. They come once a year for an inspection. They also offer a quarterly service, but I just use them yearly. They just do an exterior service for me. I will definitely continue with them in the future.
