Very disheartened. We encourage anyone thinking about using Mr. Buck to talk to current owners. We have lived in our home 1-1/2 years and have spent this time fixing multiple problems. We have a basement that leaks. I posted on his Facebook this weekend to warn people and asking if other people have had similar problems. The post was taken down less than 24 hours later; you would have thought we would have gotten a phone call. We would be more than willing to share our whole experience with anyone. We would prefer that Mr. Buck call us and resolve our issues.
