We used them for a chimney inspection prior to buying our house. Their personnel was timely and professional. They suggested not installing a remote starter for the model of chimney that we had. It is always nice to see someone making fair and accurate assessments regardless of how it affects their bottom line. I would not hesitate in using them again.

They did a damper and our liner. They sealed exterior brick and mortar joints. They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. They did a good job.

Gas Log Service
I CALLED FOR FIREPLACE CLEANING AND WANTED TO PURCHASE GAS LOGS. THEY ADVISED THAT VENTLESS UNITS WERE BEST AND THAT THE CHIMNEY WOULDN'T NEED CLEANING. THE COMPANY CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT TWICE, THEN CAME 2 HOURS EARLY, A GOOD THING MY ADULT DAUGHTER WAS HOME. THE SERVICEMAN STATED PART OF THE GAS LOG WAS BROKEN, BUT ''IT WOULD BE OKAY UNTIL THE PART WAS REORDERED''. WHEN I GOT HOME THE WORKMAN WAS GONE AND MY HOME WAS FILLED WITH A HORRID SMELL. THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A MANUAL, SO I IMMEDIATELY TURNED OFF THE FIREPLACE. I CALLED THE OFFICE, WITHIN TWO HOURS AFTER INSTALLATION, AND NO ONE WAS THERE. I LEFT A MESSAGE THAT I WANTED THE LOGS REMOVED. I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO CONTACT THEM TWO WEEKS LATER AFTER LEAVING NUMEROUS MESSAGES. I TOLD THE SECRETARY I WANTED THE GAS LOGS REMOVED, SHE STATED THAT THIS WAS FINE. THE WORKMAN CAME AND INSISTED HE COULDN'T (COMPANY POLICY) REMOVE THE GAS LOGS AND WANTED HIS MONEY, WHICH WAS ALREADY PAID. I HAVE CALLED TWICE IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS REQUESTING,
