First installed the pan too far back so the washing machine lid wouldn't open all the way. Came back out to fix but instead of fixing, simply cut the pan and pulled the washing machine forward. We never wanted the stupid pan to begin with but had were required to meet st louis county code requirements. So basically we paid them $500 and our house still doesn't meet county code. Pretty unbelievable, but 100% true story.

A Plus Plumbing came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. The clog was deep down the line. They had to cut the line and snake both ways to unclog it. They fixed the clog in a timely fashion and were very neat and courteous. I have used A Plus Plumbing in the past and will continue to use them for any plumbing jobs I have big or small.

He called after his last job and let me know he was on his way to my house. He did the work promised and did a little more for me. I asked him if I should have the other valve replaced and he looked at it and said it was in good shape. He gave me 30 day warranty on the work he preformed. I got his name from another trusted professional that I have used before.
