They arrived for the estimate and then was able to come out a few days later for removal around April. They were unable to get there truck to the location due to soft ground from the rains and got stuck. They then called someone to help remove them. They let me know they would have to wait till it dried out to return which was fine, However they did not inform me that they had broken up a concrete drainage ditch. When I discovered this and called them they stated my husband was up there and had seen it. My husband did go up there while stuck but didn't see the damage because the truck was covering it at the time. I also informed them I was unable to open our gate (horse fencing) due to the damage. They stated they would fix it and remove the trees. They did come fix the damage several weeks later (after we sold our horse). They never stopped at the house to tell us they were doing it or let us know they were done. After inspection the repair was satisfactory. I received a call from them in late June (while we were on vacation) letting us know the tree removal had been completed. They work was all very satisfactory but the communication and speed of service was horrid. I feel they were OK with communication until the dmage was done then they just didn't want to deal with us>
