+ -1 moreHe finished the job installing the line, but he would not back to level ground and finish the job without paying a additional charge of $60 after we had a receipt paid in full for $1,540. We offered to pay the $60 and then he refused to do the work. I would not recommend him to others. Since this we have heard from others the same problem.
