About us
Home Inspections are used to determine whether all of the essential components of a home are present and doing their job, as evidenced by a visual inspection per the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice. Home Inspections performed to the ASHI standards are intended to provide you with the information regarding the condition of the systems and components of the home as inspected at the time of the Home Inspection. You will receive a professional, easy to understand Inspection Report (pdf) via email. I am impartial and work for you. Our rates are based on total square footage of a single family home OR type of multifamily home; starting at $220 for less than 1,000 sqft. Additional contact name - Robert Wolf. Additional email - [email protected].
