Horrible. I said services "were performed" but technically not. He turned up ripped out my antique roses, ripped out a slew of wires, made a big mess. Then said this was not worth his time and left everything just out, hanging there. So no payment was made. He was rude, unprofessional and dangerous. How this person gets any repeat work is beyond me. But he has the right name. Rip. If quality and professional workmanship is what you are looking for stay AWAY from this person.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time we had had well pump problems, and used Tompkins Pump Service. Rip Tompkins has always been competent, professional, and punctual. His charges are competitive and reasonable. I highly recommend Tompkins Pump Service.
