EntreMANURE K9 Waste Removal

Supposedly, they came and cleaned up my yard 3 times, yet I saw no difference in the amount of waste in my yard. I had difficulty contacting them due to a death in family. There was no notification that they would be unavailable. Once they were back in town they offered to come out and inspect the work of the person who had cleaned my yard, but I opted for a refund due to my frustrations in their work and their responsiveness. Others, might have better luck with them, but I was just done dealing with the lack of communication. I understand that family situations come up, but a mass email notifying that they would be out of the office would have been appreciated.

VICTOR IS VERY CAREFUL SO AS NOT TO LET THE DOG OUT OF THE YARD, AND HAS A VERY FRIENDLY RELATIONSHIP WITH HER.

HE IS VERY PERSONABLE AND IF HE SEES ANYTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY IN THE YARD, HE COMES TO THE DOOR OR CALLS ME TO TELL ME.  EX: WHEN A FAMILY OF WASPS BUILT A NEST ON THE GATE, HE TOLD ME SO NO ONE WOULD BE HARMED.

VICTOR DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB AND IS VERY RESPONSIBLE.

Every week he arrives as schedule and does exactly what he's said he would do.  He provides a terrific service for a fair price.  Our dogs love it when he shows up.  I would highly recommend EntreManure.

We have two big dogs which generate a LOT of doggie waste. We have a once per week service and the yard is always very clean after pickup day. Always dependable and very good about making sure the gate is closed after so no doggie escapes!

Victor Grosso provides thorough, efficient removal of dog waste from my yard. I have four dogs, and Vic comes once a week to clean up after them. He always arrives on the same day at roughly the same time, so I know when to leave my gate unlocked. I pay $60 a month, but the fee is variable depending on how many dogs you have, and whether you choose weekly or biweekly cleaning. Vic does a great job, and his communication is excellent. If there will be a change in schedule due to holidays, vacations, etc. he always lets me know in advance. I completely recommend this service.

I used the EntreMANURE website to contact Victor. I was desperate to get someone out quickly as we were having realtors over to view our property. Victor was able to get over to my house the next day! He had communicated with me through emails that it would be $80 but then after the job was done, told me he would only charge $40 since there was not as much waste out there as we may have thought. I really appreciate honesty! Later that day I went out to check the work (my dogs had not been out yet) and had noticed a little that was missed but I can understand that because we do cut our grass high and we do have a large back yard. Overall, I felt like I easily got what I paid for and would be happy to continue with his services if we were going to stay in the area.
