+ -1 moreI had 3 other bids on the project and Wilmoth was over $3000 lower than everyone else. Owner Ben Wilmoth was very active in overseeing that the job was done perfectly. They went above and beyond on the excavation to accommodate the nuiances of my site. They used a laser transit that provided the perfect placement of the foundation to allow for water drainage. While setting up the forms they squared and leveled the walls so perfect that the building erectors were amazed at how perfect it was. Four door placements were positioned perfectly in the wall according to the blueprints. I would definitely use Wilmoth Basement again for any concrete work.
Description of Work: Excavated site, formed and poured concrete footing, and then formed and poured 5 foot stem wall for 30ft by 40ft metal building.
