If I could rate them 0 stars - it wouldn't be enough. Referred to us and told they were the "best". Susie inspected a septic system on a property we were looking to buy. She gave the "acceptable" on the report and verbally. Within 3 months of moving in, we are now being told we need an entire new lateral field. These are from 15k to 40k, depending on system. We have had the system inspected since, and our theories have been proven true.

Mr. Turninger showed up exactly at the time he stated over the phone. We are first time septic tank owners and he showed us how the system worked, how and how often to clean the filter, and offered us suggestions on how to keep the system in good working order. Very professional, organized, and friendly, and went well beyond his job to take the time to show us exactly what he was doing and explain our system to us.
He told me it would take about an hour and that's exactly what it took from the time they backed into the driveway until they pulled out again. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their septic tank cleaned at a VERY reasonable price and also use them again in the recommended five years.
