Marc explained everything very well and did what he said he was going to do. I had to be at work for the 3 day project and Marc had full access to come and go from my house without me ever being there. He started and finished on time. Highly recommend if you want the job done right.

The project was an insurance paid job, where we discovered damage to an inside closet due to roof needing replacement. The insurance adjustor was off by $961.00. I had IPR deal with the insurance company to get the additional money. Great team to work with.

We had some termite damage, and Marc did a great job. He was very thorough and completed the work in 2 days, and only did the repairs that were needed. The completed work (drywall replacement, wood trim replacement, painting) was high quality. We would definitely hire Midwest IPR again.

Scott, Marc, and Bryan were wonderful to work with. We had never taken on a project like this and they were so kind as we wove our way through the decision making process. The final result was amazing work done with such care and quality, with little touches along the way that we never expected. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible deck that will last us for years to come. When the project was done, Scott took the time to walk me around the house to make me aware of other potential issues they noticed while working, and I appreciated that so much.
