- First off Mr Watson was referred to us by the the company where we bought our building. His web sight at the time said he had a A+ BBB rating. so we went with them. Mr Watson came out to bid project he didn't bring batteries for his lazer level. We provided them, he gave us the bid $7025 then we didn't see them for a month granted the weather didn't help. His crew was over 3 hours late my husband had to call. when they finally got there they didn't follow instructions, 5 of the footings are misshapen one of the footings isn't in line with the others. When I said something about the job they said if we poor a concrete floor we wouldn't notice it. We called Mr watson out and he said it was just cosmetic so he wouldn't fix it. We did pay the bill because we didn't want our credit score ruined. but we reported him to the BBB. After receiving our complaint we notice that the A+ rating was replaced with other member endorsement. The BBB were no help. The referred us to the Attorney General, by now it was winter. So here we are 2015 and when we go to put up the building we found out that they placed the bolts wrong the building is 3 5/8 in wider at one end then the other. It's not square. So we called and he promises to come out that Fri. said he would fix any problems we have. We stayed home all day he didn't come didn't call and now won't even answer our calls. We have to fix it ourselves
