It went great.  Darryl McLeod is the owner/operator/installer and he was here when he said he would be.  He had a helper with him because I replaced both the ac and furnace.  They both were very professional and cleaned up everything.  I have no complaints with this company.  Darryl takes the time and effort to talk to you and answer any and all questions.  I would definately recommend him to anyone.

Darryl came over and introduced himself. Very polite. He explained the different styles of thermostates so I could decide what I would like to use. He replaced the old one, programmed the new one and showed me how to use it. Polite conversation and timely repair. I would definitely use Darryl again. He seemed very trustworthy and the price was fair.

Darryl McLeod, owner and sole operator, is the finest person I have met in any line of this type work.  He is honest and does exactly what he says he will do and at the time agreed on.  He is especially knowledgeable and very patient with people, especially the older people who may need a little more information and assurance.

I would never hesitate to have Darryl back again.
