Exotic floors did a wonderful job with our hardwood floors. Would highly recommend them.

My project turned out perfect. I called the Paul the owner of Exotic Floors and was greeted with professionalism. The professionalism continued when he came to my home for the initial consultation and he was on time. He explained in detail the steps he would take to create the look I want it and he even gave his recommendations for the project. He gave me a no pressure estimate that was reasonable and the job was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, he finish the job on time. Paul and his crew were great. Final project is beautiful I could not believe how gorgeous my floors are I am so happy I hired Exotic Floors and I will use them again and again I recommend them if you are looking for quality work at a fair cost. Paul and his crew were friendly and respected my home.

I have left messages on several occasions and Paulo has not returned my calls. The floor was improperly installed which makes my lifetime warranty invalid. There are places where the flooring does not lock. My understanding is that they should have put down a subfloor before putting down the Laminate flooring. That was not done. As a woman alone, I thought this company knew how the floor should be installed.

Great staff . Attentive to detail. Helped me find the perfect color floor stain rather than make due with the most commonly used shades. Will hire them for future jobs.

The floors look fantastic. Paul was great to work with. I would definitely recommend. I would have given them 5/5 stars, but we had two small issues. They weren't able to show up on the day they had originally planned because the project before ours had run over. They were a day later, which pushed the finishing timeline back by a day. The other issue was that we had originally discussed putting in new wood transitions. They didn't put them in. They did adjust for it on the final invoice.

If you need your floors re-done, look no further for someone to do it. Paul and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. I had them remove carpeting and replace it with hardwood floors in my living and dining rooms. I’ve had a lot of work done to houses throughout the years and I’m very picky with the work I want done. Paul and his guys rate toward the top. He and his crew show up when they say they’re going to and they do the work. Paul answers his calls and messages and let’s you know what’s going on. I couldn’t be more pleased.

They did a great job and even repaired one of the stairs that was broken. I will use them again for my flooring needs.

I highly recommend Paul and his team with Exotic Floors KC. They put in hardwoods in our sitting room and were able to match our existing floors seamlessly. They also worked to put our 2nd story spindles in wood and it looks beautiful. I will absolutely use them again.

Paul & Crew were exception. Wood floors take time and working with them for the 5 days was great. Chris, applied several finishes to give us an sample of the outcome and I thought this was great service. If you are planning hardwood, there will be clean up from the dust that kicks up when they are nailing the hardwood. Sanding was dustless and yes, it works. Awesome outcome.
