Never, under any circumstance, should you use Epic Plumbing. They booked a 2-day job that required shutting off the sewer to my house on a Friday and Monday, leaving me without sewage over an entire weekend with zero notice. I found out about that fact Friday morning when they came out to start the service. Why in the world they would book a 2-day job like that on a Friday/Monday is beyond me. And once the job was done a pipe starting leaking that did not leak prior to them coming out to do work on the sewer. They price gouge and clearly do not care about the customers, only their bottom line. In a city over saturated with plumbing companies, you would think customer service might be a bit higher on their priority list. Use someone else, anyone else, other than Epic Plumbing.

Installation went great. Replacing our old kitchen faucet required a bit more work than usual, but the plumber was professional and cheerful about the unintended work. Faucet performs beautifully and the plumber was on time and pleasant.

We've had Jesse come out a few times to rebuild a hose spigot and install new faucets for us. He recently installed a battery back-up sump pump system that came in handy when we lost power during a storm. Epic Plumbing is very professional and honest. We highly recommend using them for all of your plumbing needs

I would give an A+ if possible. Technician showed up on time and was professional in appearance/communication. Technician walked me through each step of the process and gave me an accurate estimate. He did excellent work and cleaned up after himself. I would call this company without hesitation for all of my future plumbing needs.

The owner is a real stand up guy, traditional religious man. I had to make him give me an invoice. They are very experienced and have the right equipment.

They were amazing and came out late at night to help. They were scheduled to come out the next day, but rain caused an emergency. Very professional and kind. Thank you so much!!

It went great. The owner Jesse was very polite when I called him to request service. My renter said he was polite and professional; he listened to her description of the problems and explained the work he was doing. She also said he did incredibly clean work.

I had another plumbing service look at this issue last winter. The faucet was new (I had replaced it). The other company replaced he water feed lines and install quarter-turn shut-off valves. They changed me $250 and didn't fix the issue. Jesse from Epic Plumbing asked a few questions, looked at the pipes in the basement and within 15 minutes of arriving, made a prognosis. The faucet, itself, was reducing the water pressure. Jesse found that the faucet's diverter value was reducing the water pressure more than it should. He said I could replace the faucet or he could remove the diverter valve. The diverter valve shuts off the faucet flow when the sink sprayer is engaged. Without it, the sprayer still functions but the faucet will run simultaneously. I opted for the second option and the issue was fixed. Jesse also answered other questions I had about water hardness and replacement faucets. I had purchased a new sprayer for the sink and he went ahead and installed that for me. He cleaned up the work area probably better than it was before he came. He only charged me the service call. I was very pleased with the service, work and professionalism. I will definitely call Epic Pluming again.

Epic plumbing came out to locate a leak under the sink of our kitchen.  He came when we were available and quickly found the leak and fixed it.  Very pleasant to deal with an honest plumber.
