99% of all work will be completed by company employees. All work and clean-up will be completed in a timely manner. If the homeowner wishes to make any changes during the remodeling, we will be glad to discuss it at that time, rather than continuing with the project. Please be aware that changes may increase the price of the original bid. Because we are a small company, we have low overhead and are very competitive in our pricing.
