We have had them do 3 different jobs for us. The job went well. They were very neat and prompt. Also they were very accommodating. They had to come back because the grouting didn't dry right, so they had to come back to grout more. The problem was resolved quickly.

They were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. One thing I really liked is they blended the new floor in with the existing floor in another room. They did a great job and I would hire them again.

Absolutely beautiful result. Ties in all three rooms visually. Makes the entire front of the house seem more spacious. They did a great job of keeping the rooms cleaned up each night and used plastic to keep the dust out of the rest of the house. Even plastic sheeted my furnace ducts so the dust didn't get carried throughout the house. When the job was over they went through the invoice with me made a favorable adjustment in my favor (now that is integrity). Cleaned up the rooms, yard and drive. Gave excellent advice as to the type and manufacturer of flooring keeping the selection process as simple as it could be. We are delighted.
