Taylor was very friendly, fast, and patient. I know my basement is a huge pain to get to and definitely a pain to get a giant appliance to, but Taylor did it and did it well. Also, he was able to come out the day after I contacted him which was super appreciated. As far as pricing, I didn’t do a whole lot of shopping around but his charge seemed fair enough. I just needed the job done and he did it, so I’m cool with it.
