Lile Plumbing

Our shower and toilet backed up on Sunday, March 9, 2014.  I called on Monday, but they were not able to come until later in the week. However, our shower and toilet backed-up again and flooded the bathroom on Tuesday morning, March 10, 2014. They immediately came out and cleaned the line, but there was a flat spot in the line from our backyard to the main line so it needed to be replaced or would back-up again.  They were able to come back late in the day and begin digging up the line.  The completed the work on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 and it has been good ever since.

We had a leak about three years ago, and called JW to come out and repair the leak. We replaced the whole line with copper pipe, and he did a really good job for us at that time.  This time, we developed a leak, and called him to come check it out again.  He came out right away, the same afternoon, and was able to determine the site of the leak.  He returned the following morning with a backhoe and dug it out, found the leak and was able to determine the copper piping had developed a hairline crack.  He replaced the bad piece and got the problem fixed for us very quickly.
