James (the owner) was early to the inspection. He took his time and was VERY thorough about his inspection. He literally went over the entire property and room by room, explaining what he was doing and what he was looking for. If he found anything, he not only explained what he found but the best way to fix it. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the home inspection. The inspection also included a free termite inspection as well. He does a written inspection report, so you get a copy as soon as he's done. He even puts it all in a notebook for you, which includes many different tips for maintaining a home that are divided by season and annually. He is very open to questions and even encourages you to call later if another question comes up or if you need something explained again. (Very helpful in my situation since my husband was out of town for the inspection). Overall I was VERY impressed and would definitely recommend him to anyone. He is the real deal, the best bang for your buck.
