We called Spirit Plumbing after attempting to repair our leaky faucet. We were amazed at how quickly they were able to replace our leaky faucet. I called and the next day they are at my house. I highly recommend Spirit Plumbing!

Great company. Joel was at my house within 30 minutes and managed to find exact location of the pipe so that he did not have to cut two holes in my ceiling. He is professional, very knowledgeable, and clearly cares about his customers' needs. He will always be my first choice for plumbing needs!

Joel and Mike did the rough-in work as agreed at a fair price and within the agreed time frame. As agreed as part of the contract, they will return to install all of the remaining fixtures. I will update the evaluation when the job is complete. So far I am very pleased with their ability to reconfigure plumbing with minimal peripheral damage. I highly recommend Spirit Plumbing for any renovations.

Great service and excellent pricing! When we had them fix the old disposal we had them look at the water heaters to check on cost of replacement. We got top of the line water heaters and they did a great install job with an excellent price. We were so happy with their service that we used them to update several other plumbing fixtures that were on our to do list.

Very pleased. They had someone out here the same morning I called. He was quick and professional. Only issue was I was told the $10 coupon through Angie's List has been expired for a while as they no longer use the site, but was still least expensive quote I received by far.

Joel took my call yesterday mid-afternoon and said Mike would be out between 9am and 10am today. Mike called at 9:00am this morning and said he would be here in about 30 minutes. He was here in 25 minutes. He went right to work, cleared the stoppage and was gone in about 1 hour. He did leave it a little messier than I expected but wasn't a big problem to clean up. I can see where some folks would not be happy about having to clean up that much. Price was as Joel quoted on the phone. Will use again if needed. PS: When I asked Mike about the $10 Angie's list coupon on the web site he said it was no longer valid even though it is still there with no expiration date. I told him they need to remove it from their listing if they aren't going to honor it.

Way back in the Spring Spirit installed a water heater for a rental unit we own.  He installed it on time.  But a week or so later my renter called and complained about water on the floor soaking the wall and his stuff.  I found a small drip in the connection next to the water heater.  The drip wasn't there before his work.  Unfortunately I had already sent him the payment.  I contacted him and he said if it was his fault he'd take care of it.  He said he was busy but would get it scheduled ASAP.  I waited a while and contacted my renter but he never scheduled anything.  This happened 3 times.  He'd take my call, promise to look at it and not follow up.  All this time the drip continued.  On the 4th time I called him he again promised to contact the renter to schedule a repair.  This time he did contact the renter and scheduled the repair.  The renter waited for him for hours but he never showed up.  This was worse than not showing up.  Not only does my renter have a drip but now he's wasted 3-4 hours because of Spirit Plumbing.
I tried to contact him through Angie's List but he never replied.
Now It's early October.  My renter and I are both not happy with Spirit's promises.  The renter continues to dump the dripping water from the pan it collects in.  I've had enough promises from Spirit that I'll have to call a reliable plumber to get this fixed.  This will probably cost me another $200.

When we disconnected our washing machine to move, the valves did not close all the way.  Spirit Plumbing came within an hour of calling, fixed the problem on the spot, and charged us very a reasonable amount . . . all on a holiday weekend.  Will use again.

Their responsiveness is excellent. I've had them out here about four times and several times they were out here within four hours. They've always squeezed me in, real quick. I never had to wait long. Their prices are great. Their honesty and quality of work is excellent.

Joel and his partner were excellent. I secured 5 bids from plumbers and handyman services. Joel was the only one that gave me several options and outlined all the possibilities. I found out about some nicer wall options (onyx) for the tub/shower from a handyman but Joel indicated that the fiberglass option was just as good in terms of cost effectiveness. The onyx wall option would look a little nicer but we would not get the value out of it in terms of our house being older and the onyx not really adding to our home value. When Joel received the fiberglass walls he inspected them closely and found a manufacturing defect. He pointed it out to me and gave me the option of returning it (adding a day's delay) or installing it to get it done the same day. I chose to get a perfect product and Joel did not charge anything for the extra day. Very impressive! 
Joel also indicated that he would not take any money until I was completely satisfied with the work. Being an older house (1965) Joel and his partner ran into some problems that took a little more time but he explained everything to me and the most inexpensive way to go that would not sacrifice on quality. In the end, Joel stuck to his original estimate even though the supplies cost more than those included in the bid. They did leave a little bit of a mess in terms of dirt but nothing I would have expected any workmen to clean up really (dust, loose dirt in the tub and on the floor). My grandfather was a plumber and Joel's work ethic and customer focus reminded me of him. He is old school in terms of eyeballing a project and giving you an estimate. All my other bids pulled out books with hours and part prices and would not guarantee the bid. I highly recommend Spirit Plumbing! Angie's list should put these guys on the front page.
