They had two kids come out to look at my heat pump, They would come in the house and go back outside to the unit back and forth many timers for over an hour. I told them what was wrong with it because I've had the problem before. They finally came in and one kid stood in front of me talking to me while the other one did a Quick fix on the inside unit. They Took out the expansion valve and plugged up the tube with something and never returned to put a new expansion valve in The units.

They're friendly, but they left parts out of my heat, did a cheap fix on it to get it working. Not very knowledgeable. Overpriced on their plumbing work.

Snyder's is fine. I have used them for years. They are good and come when they want to. They charge more than they used to but it is a big company. They are fine, this is nothing bad about them. It used to be they would come out and if it wasn't hardly anything they would just fix it and charge you, you now, $10, $15, or $20. They were good, honestly, they would be here two minutes and it was the service fee. So they changed it to not really charging you the extra service fee to charging you. So that made me go ouch, but it is just the way they do business. I don't want to bad mouth them. They do well and do a good job.

Dean was awesome! We couldn't figure out why our AC was not working. Initially there was no power going to the thermostat. We checked EVERYTHING. From the breakers to the fuse to possible loose wires in the furnace, we still couldn't figure out why we didn't have AC. We called Dean's emergency line around 8 pm and amazingly Dean was on his way. He checked everything too and even more and found our problem. As crazy as it may sound, the doorbell wasn't working either and come to find out loose wires for the doorbell had caused the problem to the power to the furnace. He fixed that and low and behold, the AC is working!!!

Very prompt and very thorough.

Exceptionally well from day one that we decided to call on them to do our A/C seasonal checks. We had to find a reputable, good and honest provider here as those in the past left us with leaks in the exterior freon plumbing and failing A/C. I finally called Snyders and very promptly a technician came and checked out the unit, found the leak and informed me that he had no success trying to solder the plumbing around the compressor as the plumbing was very thin and deterioriated. I asked for a salesman to come and present a bid and explain the plus factors of their new A/C units. I was very thoroughly informed of the units that they recommended and I purchased a York. The installation was set up for the next day and the installation crew came and removed all the old equipment which was in very bad condition with rust, freon leaks etc. and installed the new unit and were done, cleaned up and gone in approximately three to four hours. The next three years service calls, Fall and Spring were included in the purchase price. Excellent in my opinion.

they were prompt and came the day i called.      very friendy and professional.  i was very low on freon.   the ONLY thing wished had been different is that he had no idea what it was going to cost.   i hate not know ahead of time.      he said he was normally the installer and didnt usually make calls without the owner, so he didnt know the price.   it was nice they were willing to bill me, but i would have like to know ahead of time how much freon cost.  other than that.  all was great.

Aside from a call 1 week ahead of the scheduled appointment asking if there was someone at the house to get the work done (small mistake on his part, but he apologized for the error & said no problem he'll be back next week).  The service man was very punctual the day of service, very polite when asked several questions on maintenance and appeared very through. To my surprise the the bill arrived today LESS than the estimate of $150-160 for service of both heat pumps.  Granted I don't know what type of job was done as there was no issue needing repair, just doing maintenance.  However, I was happily suprised to receive with my mailed invoice a heating repair summary of the work completed, what all was checked over that day or changed out, and a description of the job completed. Overall I was very satisfied with my dealings with this company from the moment I called to request a informal quote to the day of receiving the invoice!

Synder's was very persistent in figuring out what was wrong.  The first fix did not work and they quickly returned.  They ended up having to contact the manufacture of the unit and pinned the issue down to two circuit boards failing at the same time.  They were able to locate the circuit boards and replaced them.  The process took several days but they stayed in contact with us updating us when they would be out each time.

It went smoothly. They couldn't make it the first time we made and appointment. The second time I called I asked if they could come early and they came an hour and a half earlier. They did a good job and I would use them again.

They are a home town service and they are good people. They were on time and completed the job quickly and I watched them and they did a great job.  They were pleasant to work with and did some extra work for me connecting some plumbing at no charge.  Their workmanship was excellent.

First call to them was 9:30 am on 4/11 it was 4/13 when someone called me back and came out to look at it.  The part took a few days to get, and was installed on 4/15.  the guys were good, although a little slow to respond to my first call.  I realize it was not very warm at the time, but a phone call to let me know when they could come would have been nice.  The first two guys  were ok, but one left the gate open and I am lucky my dog did not notice it! 

I spent maybe $200 on that service. I am very pleased with them and I have been using them for years. They provide prompt service and they are very fair and an honest company. They do the work in a timely fashion.

My overall experience was excellent. Kyle showed up on time the morning he was to give me my estimate and did a nice job explaining to me what it looked like we needed to have done. We talked about all of the rebates that were available based on type of system I would put in and that he would help me get as many of those rebates as possible. I also appreciated that Kyle didn't try to cram a system down my throat like other places tried to do. Instead we talked about what made sense for our situation. The actual installation went very smooth. First off, they were on time and ready to work. They brought over two of their best guys to handle the install which made me feel confident things were going to go well. They laid down big tarps through the house so they wouldn't drag dirt and crud all over the house which is very appreciative. They worked smoothly and efficiently through the day only stopping to take a lunch break. I'm a pretty curious person especially when work is being done to my house and when I had questions, the guys were great about answering them for me. The work they did appears to be top-notch and everything worked perfectly on the first start-up of the equipment. They left the place clean and tidy and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work before they took off. I would recommend using these guys for any HVAC work you need.
