AVOID this office at all costs...There might be a good agent in the mix someplace but if you value your time and sanity you'll avoid these folks.  Have had many people tell me that this office is only interested in the easy sales of new houses in Platte City.  My property was in the rural part of Platte County.  Getting anything done and done correctly by this office was like pulling teeth.  Finally after 9 months we got a new realtor.  Kathy the broker just covers for the agents.  After talking to here once it was obvious that she was no rocket scientist either.  How hard can it be to sell a house and fill out the paperwork properly.  Everything we got from that office was hurried and sloppy.  Deals are being done over the phone so the agent only has to fill out the papers once I am told.  Had two contracts fall through because of these people.  Avoid, Avoid,Avoid  These are just used car salespeople who couldn't sell cars.  My co-worker had a similar experiance at this office and the same agent.  I will review the agent separately.
