AVOID... My property was in the rural part of Platte County. Getting anything done correctly by this agent was like pulling teeth. Finally after 9 months we got a new realtor. Anything presented to us was hurried and sloppy and you don't want hurried and sloppy whan you're signing a contract. Deals were being done over the phone so that Patty "only has to fill out the papers once" she told me. Had two contracts fall through because of here inability to communicate with the buyers and lost one because she sat on the offer for a week. Not enough space here to give the whole story but I have a co-worker that used her too and subsequently fired her that had the same experience. Do yourself a favor...Avoid, Avoid,Avoid...Farm sold in less than 60 days for almost full asking price by using Ron Henderson with Keller Williams...I think that says it all.

"The member is correct to a point. As an agent I did provide two contract offers for his home. Yes both contracts were canceled. However the both contracts were canceled by the buyers after reviewing the results of the inspection by professional inspectors hired by the buyers. After changing real estate agents the member received another contract from a different agent. Once again the inspections were performed and the home purchase was canceled. As a result the member home is still listed for sale. Good luck to the member in selling his home."
