The workers were great, they arrived on time and worked hard all days in the summer heat. Thery discussed options with us as they worked and made adjustments after discussing with us. They also worked on several options to get the best water flow for the falls that satisfied them and us. Overall work experience was great and they turned and ugly, impossible area to maintain into a beautiful waterfall and well manicured, easy to maintain landscaping - we have received numerous positive comments from neighbors and other lake goers on the absolute beauty of the waterfalls and enhancement to our lake community. We highly recommend "Nature's Touch".

WE HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES. HE RETURNED A PHONE CALL BACK IN THE FIRST WEEK OF JUNE STATING THAT HE WOULD COME BUT NEVER DID SHOW UP. WE LEFT A LETTER ASKING FOR THE JOB TO GET DONE AT HIS RESIDENCE AS WELL.
