After 8 months of paying a lot of moeny and expenses to an El Paso Vet clinic with no results, we moved due to the military and found this aniaml clinic. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is in need of Vet to treat their dogs. The vets there have been very helpful in diagnosing and treating my dogs ear infection rather than scammiung me for more money.

Excellent care and very affordable. We have used them for years. We fully recommend them.

Dog was put down. Vets are good here, but a lot of staff changes. Seems to go through a lot of vets at this facility. Charges seem high compared to other vets.

I've used them for 8+ years for my dog (shots, boarding, etc) and always thought they did a great job. I recently took in my 2 kittens for them to spay and neuter. They are very friendly and reasonably priced.

The service was very poor. They continued to give me the run around on info and treatments for my dog. Their prices are absolutely horrendous. I was not pleased with the way they treated me or my dog. They tried to care for the dog, but I really felt that it was all about the money. I will never use them again. I attempted to take my hamster to them, but I really could not do it. I didn't feel comfortable taking him there.

My last visit to the Jackson Animal Clinic was with my new canine friend, Sadie, a Rescue pet that I adopted in June. The same day I picked her up, I called them to see when they could see her and they had me bring her out the same day! I have done business with this Vet Clinic now for eight yrs., and each visit has most always been a good experience for my pets. In April, I sadly had to say goodbye to my 13 yr. old Lab whom I had since she was only a small pup. They were VERY good with her and with me through this difficult time. The caring and love that they display for the animals that they work with is why I continue to go back. I board my dogs there frequently when I have to leave town and cannot take them with me. I have never picked them up that they did not seem happy or well-cared for. There has been a change now and then in some of the Doctors that have worked there, but for the most part, their staff has stayed consistent and they are a good bunch!

I thought Dr. Johnson was excellent! He did a great job! He just seemed to have a kind heart towards animals. He wasn't just doing it as a job. He really loves the animals.
