H & H Septic Service Inc

We are happily new customers of H&H. We had been using another local Septic company for the past 10 years, and unfortunately due to poor communication/scheduling, we were forced to reach out to H&H to help us overcome some acute issues. The entire H&H team, starting with Regina at dispatch, was genuine and courteous. We had someone out here within the day and he was extremely helpful and informative. My husband is a "DIYer" but we had exhausted all DIY solutions, and Mike (the tech) was patient and walked him through the troubleshooting as they identified the problem. Mike did not need to go out of his way to help set us up to be more self-sufficient next time (and ultimately not have to rely on H&H/make them money) - but he did. It felt like H&H genuinely cares about their customers and "meeting them where they're at" to provide the service you need, not the service they want to provide to make a profit. We are VERY happy to be "new" customers of H&H and look forward to working with them in all our future Septic needs! I will also say that when we built, I had researched every Septic company in the area. I had 8 bids for our system, and ultimately chose another company based on their bidding process/detail and overall cost. H&H was comparable, but I ultimately had chosen another company.

From start to finish great service. If anyone on earth earns their money these guys do. This is an official Mike Rowe dirty job and H&H did good. It was spring 2014 when I hade them out I forgot the exact date.

No fuss, no drama. Just did what they were supposed to do

Very smoothly. Husband dug down to uncover tank then they pumped. Despite not having pumped for about 15 years it all went smoothly. Is working well and didn't try to sell anything extra besides pipe that will keep us from having to dig which is great and a deal. Our tank had been over flowing and now it's great. Grandparents had used them for years before. Took about an hour including pipe installation.

Required work was performed in a timely and professional manner. Very satisfied with the work performed.

He was prompt, he was very informative. He gave good advise to us moving forward.

Initially, not well. The person came out and we were not prepared. That was a $50 Service Call for a person to stop and look under our deck. We finally prepared the area for the servicemen and on Monday the company sent a different person out. He was great. He did what needed to be done and was very efficient. A job well done.

I was impressed immediately beginning with the phone call to ask about an estimate. They were polite and profession. He provided the estimate and told me that he could be there on Monday (and he was). I did not have to meet him (take a day off work) at my house because he left the bill in the door (greatly appreciated). I explained on the phone how to drive to the back of my property but he explained how he had 175 feet of hose so he didn't put ruts in the lawn. Again, that was nicely appreciated.

Great service. Very helpful. Tried to make a cheaper fix without charge before making a full replacement.

H and H provided us with superior service and completed this job in a timely manner considering the uncooperative weather (rain). They left my property in good condition and actually placed some dirt that was left over from the job in some low places around my yard and house where I needed it and leveled it for me. I was never without septic service the whole time the work was being done and was kept in the loop on all aspects and progress of the job. We are very satisfied with their work and professionalism.
